Instructions
A. Request must be submitted before 12:00(NOON), on Tuesdays, Wednesday, or Thursday. Minimum 24 hours before requested date.
B. Forms must be complete. Forms missing information or with incorrect information will not be processed.
C. Complete a separate request form for each site address.
D. For Commercial Projects, submit a separate form for each permit.
E. Fill in the Permit Types.
F. Submit forms online. Do not fax requests, or send OT requests to inspectors, seniors, or Supervisors
OVERTIME REQUESTS ARE NOT ASSIGNED AUTOMATICALLY, THEY ARE DEPENDENT ON THE ORDER OF THE REQUEST RECEIVED AND INSPECTOR AVAILABILITY.
Overtime Inspection requests cannot be used to secure an inspection time. Overtime Inspection Requests cannot be used if the project has not had an inspection within the last 30 days.
