These forms are called withdrawal notices. The Rent Adjustment Program must have all of the following items in order to file. If an item is missing, the documents must be returned to the sender or refused if brought personally.
- Notice to Rent Adjustment Program of Intent to Withdraw Rental Unit from Rental Market
- Certificate and Summary of Notice of Intent to Withdraw Rental Units From Rental Market
- Copy of Form 1: Notice of Termination of Tenancy given to tenants
- Filing fee(s)
File the withdrawal notices with the Rent Adjustment Program after you serve notice to your tenants. If the notices are refused, write the date of refusal and/or date a deficiency letter to the tenant.
