From January 2019 through mid-March 2020 one of the payment terminals at the City Center West Garage (1200 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Oakland, CA 94612) went offline and was not transmitting credit card charge information so patrons’ credit cards were not charged. In mid-March when the vendor corrected the issue with this terminal, all of the charges were transmitted at once. You will wee your credit card transactions now. Charges on your credit card statements will appear from “SP Plus Corp Parking.” The transaction date and the posting date for this payment terminal will be from when the terminal came back online. Charges from the other terminals were not affected.
