How do I remove the boot from my vehicle?

Pay your parking tickets. You can make payments by phone or in person by following the steps below. There will also be a sticker on your window with instructions in English, Chinese and Spanish. In most cases, you will be able to drive your vehicle in about five minutes.

Do not try to drive your vehicle. Driving a booted vehicle can cause severe damage to your car or truck.

Phone

  1. Call the Parking Citation Assistance Center at (800) 500-6484 to pay with a credit or debit card, or e-check.
  2. After you pay, you will get a six-digit code.
  3. This six-digit code will allow you to remove the boot without causing damage to your vehicle.
  4. Return the boot to the location provided by the Parking Citation Assistance Center.

In Person

  1. Visit the Parking Citation Assistance Center at the address below.
  2. Pay with a credit or debit card, check, money order or cash.
  3. After you pay, you will get a six-digit code.
  4. This six-digit code will allow you to remove the boot without causing damage to your vehicle.
  5. Call (800) 500-6484 if you need help removing the boot.
  6. Return the boot to the location provided by the Parking Citation Assistance Center.
