Where to File Campaign Statements

Elected officials, candidates and committees required to file campaign statements and reports mandated by the City of Oakland and California‘s Political Reform Act must do so with the Public Ethics Commission through the City of Oakland Electronic Filing System. Use the Filer Access Portal to create electronic campaign statements.

Before you begin you must have received your Electronic Filing System filer identification number and password. Additionally, principal signers for all committees must have a signed signature verification card on file with Public Ethics Commission.
