The City of Oakland operates two anti-displacement programs to assist low-income tenants and homeowners who are at risk of losing their home:

  • Oakland Housing Secure
  • Keep Oakland Housed (KOH)

Both programs provide free legal assistance and emergency financial assistance to low-income tenants and homeowners at risk of displacement. Please contact the programs below for more information:
