About

A summary of project features include the following on High Street:

  • Installation of new ADA curb ramps and pedestrian countdown heads at San Leandro Street, Bond Street, and Bancroft Avenue.
  • Installation of new signal mast arm poles and pedestrian countdown heads at Brookdale Avenue.
  • Installation of a variety of crossing improvements including: four (4) rectangular rapid flashing beacons, a pedestrian hybrid beacon, high visibility striping and advanced limit lines.
