Join a variety of City of Oakland departments and community partners at the Police Activity League (PAL) Center in Verdece Carter Park for a fun-filled Trunk or Treat! October 31st, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bring the whole family for sweet treats, helpful resources and information, giveaways, and face painting.
