This workshop will provide strategies for Businesses looking to transition into brick and mortar, including understanding the main steps of design, permitting, and construction steps, and negotiating with building owners for tenant improvement cost sharing.
 

After this session, attendees will be able to:

  1. Make a pitch to developers to occupy a space and/or partner in a development
  2. Understand the main steps of design, permitting, and construction steps
  3. Negotiate with a building owner for improvement cost sharing
