OYAE! (Oakland Youth Arts Explosion) is the signature event for Joyce Gordon Foundation of the Arts. Joyce Gordon Foundation of the Arts was established to build community through the provision of arts programming, focusing on underserved youth. The Oakland Youth Art Explosion highlights and welcomes all Oakland Youth, with an emphasis on youth of color to give them a day of excitement and exposure allowing them to claim their place in the art world and make themselves more visible, including a chance for civic engagement towards the 2045 Oakland General Plan. www.oyae2022.eventbrite.com.
