New Venture Funding: Accessing Capital for Small Business

This in-person workshop will focus on educating and coaching existing and new small local business ventures about locating and securing capital to launch new opportunities. The workshop will include how to evaluate new opportunities, organize financial presentations and ultimately building a successful "pitch deck."

After this workshop, attendees will be able to:

• Have a comprehensive understanding how to source and locate capital sources to fit their industry and opportunities
• Create a persuasive "pitch deck" to assist in their promoting new ventures to capital providers
• Understand how to access the local and regional market and best position their new and or existing ventures for success in obtaining start up funding
