Oakland residents to participate in National Night Out (NNO) on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. NNO is America’s block party night and a great chance to reconnect with neighbors. The theme this year is: “Get Involved, Make a Difference.” Neighbors can register to host a block party, barbeque, ice cream social or other outdoor event that brings neighbors together. National Night Out empowers people and provides an opportunity for communities to heal and foster peace in our neighborhoods.
