Business Structures Workshop (en español)

The Business Structures workshop will explain the differences between an Individual/ sole proprietor of single - member LLC, as well Corporation and Partnership entities.

This workshop is in-person and will be in Spanish.

After the workshop attendees will be able to:

• Know the differences between and Individual/ sole proprietor of single - member LLC, as well corporation or partnership
• Be Informed on how and why to make changes in their business status.
