Building a Digital Presence

This workshop will educate business owners how to create a solid online presence. The workshop will cover what is an online presence, identify where there customers currently are, and the different channels available to them. There will also be time with social media experts to help revamp their current profiles if applicable.

After this session, attendees will be able to:

• build a strong online presence.
• Identify their target audience and know where to find them online
• Understand social media best practices and implement them in their business
