BAMBD CDC's Black August Literary Festival culminates with a vendor market and poetry reading in collaboration with Black Bird Press on Sunday, August 28th. Come through, support local businesses and check out featured performances/readings from local writers and poets.

If you live in Oakland, we want to hear from you! BAMBD CDC is a part of Deeply Rooted, a collaborative of community-based organizations working to ensure that there is community input and engagement for Oakland's 2045 General Plan.
