Oakland 2045 General Plan | Phase 1 Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR)

The City of Oakland Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Phase I Oakland 2045 General Plan Update to consider a recommendation to the City Council on certification of the EIR, adoption of the Safety Element, Environmental Justice Element, related Planning Code, Zoning Map, and General Plan Text and Map Amendments on August 2, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Oakland City Hall, 1 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza – Council Chamber, Oakland, CA 94612.
