Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center Replacement Project

The following documents pertain to the Kaiser Medical Center Rebuilding Project (Case File# DR07496). The project, which received final approval from Oakland City Council on June, 2006 involved the phased replacement of the previous medical center with a new, comprehensively planned state-of-the-art medical center, resulting in a new medical center of approximately 1.78 million square feet of building area on approximately 21 acres.
