At the September 21, 2021, City Council meeting, the City Council unanimously approved an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with CASS, Inc. for sale of approximately 10-acre area of the Gateway Industrial District for construction and operation of a state-of-the-art recycling center.
