CPRA Statistical Reports

The Community Police Review Agency (CPRA) is mandated to provide a statistical report for the Oakland Police Commission at least once a month at a regular Commission meeting.

These reports include the following information:

1) A list of current pending investigations assigned to Agency staff sorted both by the 1-year statutory deadline by which the investigation must be completed and the assigned staff member.

2) A list of investigations completed by Agency staff since the time of the last report

In recent reports, the Agency has also reported separately on investigations into actions by the Oakland Police Department (OPD) during the public demonstrations that took place in the Spring of 2020.
