Brooklyn Basin Marina Expansion Project modifications include an increase of 600 residential units (for a Project site total of up to 3,700 units), allowance to relocate a planned residential tower site, an update to the parking ratios, a minor amendment to offsite traffic improvement requirements and marina improvements for small watercraft launch and to accommodate a stop for an existing water taxi/shuttle service.
