Employment Investigations and Civil Rights Compliance
We provide comprehensive services to ensure compliance with federal and state civil rights employment laws and City policy that prohibits harassment, discrimination and retaliation based on a person’s legally protected status in the workplace. Our office administers a discrimination/harassment complaint process for employees and applicants for employment. Our services include investigations, compliance audits, training, counseling, mediation and coaching. These services are provided to support the City’s commitment to cultivate a culture of excellence, respect, and professionalism, and a work environment free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
