We provide comprehensive services to ensure compliance with federal and state equal employment laws and City policy that prohibits harassment, discrimination and retaliation based on a person’s legally protected status in the workplace. Our office administers a discrimination/harassment complaint process for employees and applicants for employment. Our services include investigations, compliance audits, training, counseling, mediation and coaching. These services are provided to support the City’s commitment to promoting and maintaining a fair, productive, professional and respectful work environment free of any form of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
