One of the most important things you can do to ensure a seamless remote experience is to change your password before it expires. Passwords last for 60 days.
If you’re in the office, the easiest way to change your password is to hold down Control + Alt + Delete simultaneously and choose “Change a Password” from the menu.
If you’re offsite, visit the Password Reset Page to change your password.
Once you’ve changed your password, wait about ten minutes and then log into office.com to make sure your access to Office 365 is up to date. You’ll need to do the same on your phone and any other devices you're using to work remotely.
And of course, don’t forget to write down your new password somewhere portable so you have it with you wherever you’re working.
