- Facade (exterior improvement) grants: Applicants can be reimbursed for 50% percent for the cost of eligible exterior improvements to building facades, up to a maximum of $30,000.
Facade grant caps follow a sliding scale, determined by the property's linear length (see FTIP program guidelines link below for more information).
- Tenant Improvement (interior improvements or TI) grants: Applicants can be reimbursed up to 50% percent for the cost of eligible interior improvements (TIs) in commercial properties/units, up to a maximum of $45,000.
Grants are provided on a reimbursement basis once construction has been completed and the terms stated in the Reimbursement Agreement have been met. All the improvements must be visible from the public right-of-way.
