Linna Lin

Chinatown Liaison & Aide

Linna Lin was born and raised in Guangzhou, China. She first discovered her passion for environmental justice for Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) people when she became a state team canvasser with Asian Pacific Environmental Network (APEN) in college.

As an immigrant, she speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English fluently, and strives to bring her knowledge of Asian culture to influence AAPI civic and electoral engagement. In order to hep educate AAPI voters and activate their power and perspectives, she became a CEP canvassing team leader for 3 years after she graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Economics.

She hopes to serve the community, especially the Chinatown neighborhood, to help bridge community with government to make our community more prosperous and stable.
