Angela Robinson Piñon

Assistant Director

Angela’s role is to oversee the Permit Center and various administrative functions of the Planning & Building Department including: Fiscal, Human Resources, Public Records and Technology. She has more than 17 years of public sector experience, and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management from Carnegie-Mellon University. She has served in various leadership roles with Alameda County and the City of Oakland's Public Works and Fire Departments. Angela is proud to serve in her adopted hometown of Oakland, California.
