The City of Oakland’s Housing Resource Center offers a streamlined, one-stop approach to housing services and resource referral for Oakland homeowners, tenants, and landlords. The Center is also partnering with other public and nonprofit agencies to enhance access to a broad range of housing-related services for Oaklanders.

    • Foreclosure prevention and mitigation assistance for homeowners

    • Tenant petitions and landlord/tenant mediation through the Rent Adjustment Program
