Missing Person Fernando Cruzescalante: At Risk Due to Medical Condition
The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person Fernando Cruzescalante, who is at risk due to a medical condition.
He was last seen on May 14, 2025, in the 3400 block of International Boulevard. Cruzescalante was wearing a gray T-shirt, black pants, and white Crocs.
He is described as a 29-year-old Latino male who is 5'6" tall, weighs 185 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Cruzescalante's family reports he is in good physical health and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. He would likely be traveling by foot or using public transportation and is known to frequent Oakland, San Francisco, and Stanislaus County.
