OPD NEWS:

Missing Person Andrew Russell: At Risk Due to Mental Health Challenges

The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Andrew Russell, who is at risk due to mental health challenges.

He was last seen on March 26, 2023, in the 1400 block of 55th Avenue, around 6:00 A.M. Russell was last seen wearing a black and white baseball hat, black puff jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt, unknown pants, and gray shoes.

Russell is described as a 21-year-old, black male, with black hair and brown eyes. Russell also wears glasses. He stands 5’9” and weighs 130 pounds. The family reports Russell is in good physical condition, has been diagnosed with Autism, and has mental health challenges.
