The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating an abducted child, Malakai Thomas.
He was last seen on April 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM, in the 1200 block of 73rd Avenue, wearing a light grey shirt with an orange dinosaur on front, and green sweatpants.
Thomas is described as a 1-year-old, Black male. He stands 2’6”, weighs 30 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. Thomas’ family reports he is in good mental and physical condition.
