OPD NEWS:

Missing Person Hoa Tji Doan: At Risk Due to Age

The Oakland Police Department requests assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Hoa Tji Doan, who is at risk due to Age.

She was last seen on August 3, 2022, near the 2700 block of Foothill Boulevard, around 2:00 P.M. Doan was wearing a black jacket, khaki pants, and unknown shoes.

She is described as a 79-year-old, Asian female. She is 5’1, weighs 110 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. The family reports Doan is in good mental and physical condition.

If you have any knowledge or information regarding the whereabouts of Doan, please notify the Oakland Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at 510-238-3641.
