Missing Person Conrad Williams: At Risk Due to Age
The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Conrad Williams, who is at risk due to age and early dementia.
He was last seen on October 20, 2022, in the area near the 5800 block of Adeline Street, around 6:00 p.m. Williams was wearing a black t-shirt and gray pants.
Williams is described as a 74-year-old, Black male with a dark complexion. He stands 6’0” and weighs 230 pounds, with gray hair with brown eyes.
