The Oakland Public Ethics Commission is hosting a FREE campaign finance essentials training with presenters from the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) and Oakland Pubic Ethics Commission (PEC) on March 30, 2022!
Requirements of the CA Political Reform Act apply to all candidates running for a public office in California so candidates and treasurers from all East Bay jurisdictions are welcome to attend.
The California FPPC will provide an overview of state rules that apply to local candidates and the Oakland PEC will follow with details about rules specific to Oakland candidates. Come for only the state overview or stay for both!
