2022 September Measure DD Project Updates

September updates from the Department of Public Works Watershed Division on Measure DD projects.

Probably the biggest news from this September update, is the progress and changes on the bridge bypasses for the Bay Trail. The High Street proposal was deemed untenable because of ship navigation concerns, so they will be looking at an overland crossing, but the Park Street bridge proposal seems like it will continue forward.

Creek restoration work (at Courtland Creek) and planning (for Glen Echo creek) continue to move along.

Planning is also in the works for the replanting of the Marsh between 10th and 12th street, but this is still a long way off (late 2023).
