Do you want to get vaccinated? Do you live in East Oakland? The Fremont High School vaccination site is for you!

Fremont High School will host a vaccination site from Thursday, February 18 to Saturday, February 20, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The Fremont High vaccination site is intended to serve our communities that have been hardest hit by COVID and its impacts, including individuals from ZIP codes 94601, 94603, 94606, 94607 and 94621. Eligible individuals who live in those ZIP codes AND are work in one of the eligible tiers have the opportunity to get vaccinated.

Starting on Monday, February 8, you are eligible to be vaccinated if you:

Work in food-related jobs (restaurants, grocery stores, food delivery, agriculture),

Provide childcare,

Are 65 years old or older,

Are community health workers,

Are emergency service workers.

Beginning Tuesday 2/16, a new drive-through vaccination clinic will open at the Oakland Coliseum. These sites will be able to administer up to 6,000 vaccines a day. Eligible community members can call the state’s toll-free hotline at 1-833-422-4255 or click this link below.
