The purpose of the Community Access Fund is to remove financial considerations as a barrier to participation of local stakeholders in the Howard Terminal community engagement process. In addition, resources from the Community Access Fund should also help build capacity of local community organizations to be ever more effective stewards of the neighborhood, and enable informed, reasoned voice by local stakeholders. To achieve these goals, All Home will provide financial resources to local stakeholders who wish to invest their time, experience and voice and help shape the proposed project at Howard Terminal.
