On September 20, 2020, at about 1:34 AM, the Oakland Police Officers responded to the 8400 block of International Boulevard to investigate a report of a person shot. Upon arrival to the scene, officers located an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim, who is an Oakland resident, was unresponsive to emergency personnel and declared deceased at the scene.
Oakland Police Homicide Investigators responded to the scene and began the follow-up investigation into the circumstances surrounding the apparent shooting. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification to next of kin.
