As we move forward, Special and Emergency meetings may be called and may occur on days other than Tuesday. We will continue to use the e-genda to provide notice of all scheduled meetings and the webpage at for posted notices. If you’d like to subscribe to the e-genda please email a request to be added.

Public Meeting Participation

The City will use Zoom to allow public participation at public meetings to occur by phone, computers, tablets, and/or other devices. The Zoom information will be sent out with meeting notices as meetings are called. Additionally, the use of paper speaker cards is suspended. An alternative option for participation is to use the e-comment feature on the agenda calendar page which can be accessed at: When on the page, scroll to the far right to access e-comment. Please note that you will only be allowed to comment on active meetings and not past meetings.
