Caltrans is collaborating with partners, stakeholders, and the public to explore alternatives for reconnecting communities along the I-980 corridor. Phase 1 (Spring 2024 – end of 2025) will identify a community-supported land use and transportation vision for the corridor. Phase 2 (early 2026 – late 2027) will include a deeper feasibility analysis of the vision developed in Phase 1.
