The purpose of this CEQA document is to analyze the 88 Grand Avenue Project (PLN18-406) to determine if it qualifies for an Addendum and an Eligible Infill Exemption so that no additional environmental review is required.

The project proposes to redevelop and renovate the two parcels fronting Broadway, Grand Avenue, and Webster Street in Uptown Oakland with a residential tower.
