We provide comprehensive services to ensure compliance with federal and state civil rights employment laws and City policy that prohibits harassment, discrimination and retaliation based on a person’s legally protected status in the workplace.

City Auditor

The Office of the City Auditor advocates good City government for all Oaklanders by independently and objectively assessing City programs and services, making recommendations to improve them, and publicly reporting the results.
